Role & Permission¶
Currently this ticketing system will be rollout and used by SGIT team only.
Role available¶
- Manager
Manager will have the full access to create or update ticket..
- Engineer
Meanwhile, an engineer can create ticket, he or she can update the ticket's status to "resolved", but not to change status to "closed"
Project Access Permission¶
This will depending on the team or project each individual working on:
eg.
Helpdesk Engineer can access to Helpdesk Project only
SAP Specialist can access to SG SAP Support Project & MY SAP Support Project.
